Applecare Support?

Who does everyone use for Applecare support? We have just started using Group 8. http://www.group8.com/
They are Apple's official UK support partner so they have all the advantages that that brings. They also replaced a battery in a Macbook free of charge, I thought they were consumables!

Who do you use?

iPod Problem

The school that I support most of the time has just ordered another 27 shiny new iPod Touch. Something else for the students to destroy I suppose. However my problem is this; they want to use them or research and want students to be able to add their own apps. 

How do I begin to control what they can and can't download! It would take 10 minutes for the entire Angry Birds series to be downloaded. I am sure there are some X-Rated apps out there that they will just stumble upon!

Technical Seminar

My employer has invited me to attend a technical seminar in Kent at the end of June. I have to talk about Macs all day, I can think of worse ways to spend my time! My only concern is that I am a techie at the end of the day! Hope I get some techie people to talk to and not all teachers!
